Questions about staff position

Hi, this isn't an app but this seemed like the most appropriate channel to put it in.

As a staff, how much autonomy would you have?
For example, would you be allowed to advertise servers/ shoutout youtubers like a regular community member? Or would you be restricted to only making official announcements?

Im sure you'd still be allowed to do the majority of the things members are allowed, however, you'd also be in charge of moderating/helping so thats a whole new thing
