Put chatbox on top of the forums

I don't understand what your asking, please proceed to explain your suggestion more. If you're looking for a faster way of accessing the chatbox direct yourself to the top where "Community" will be located and proceed to click the arrow up that will be located at the right of the category and hit "Chat".

That is a pretty good idea!
Or, I would like a little button on the bottom right which you click which opens a small chat box not a large one.
