Ladies and Gentlemen!
I have spent my time and effort here putting together a collection of grand, deep analyses that have isolated a feature revealed to us, fabricating theories and speculation, pointing out possibilities, and composed truly beautiful works of analytical art.
(*Ahem*, which you should totally check out by the way)
But that’s all a pile of garbage compared to what I’m about to show you.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, what is it? Alright, let me tell you. I was looking through the recent blog post and (naturally) watching the in-game footage a million times over. That was when I noticed something… You see, in the GIF with the Fen Stalker and the frog:
I thought to myself, huh, that’s cute. They’re like a sister species or something. But then I realized there was so much more to the story. If you look closely, you can see these teal blemishes on both the frog and the Fen Stalker. Obviously they also have the same color and overall build. But what does that mean?
Well, it means that someone’s been turning Fen Stalkers into frogs! It makes so much sense! The Stalker is playing with an old friend who has been transformed. But how, who, and why? The answer to that, is even still, in the image. You see those mushrooms? The ones that look EXACTLY like the spots on the creatures?
So, we see in this concept art, that most plants kind of follow an element. That is the elements shown to us on this other piece of concept art:
But that teal color doesn’t show up here! What does that mean? Well, it’s a mix of Earth and Wind! Now, I know that might seem out there, but it actually makes perfect sense! Look at this image of the “Alterverses”:
We’ve seen instances of every single planet but Karpak. Orbis is basically everything, Numdrassl is Gaia’s place, Nexus is Varyn’s place, and Tor’Balyn is probably the home of that firey giant from the trailer. But Karpak is completely unknown… But I just un-unknowned it! You can clearly see an outlining of that teal color on the planet, probably water. But I think that means, since we see no other mention of the teal element, that this is the home of the Fen Stalker. That’s right, Fen Stalkers are aliens!
As for the whole “Earth and Wind” mix I mentioned earlier, if you look very closely at the runes for those elements, you can make out a “D” and a “C”. Now, yes, at first this may seem crazy, but I think this is a solid reference to the DC comics. You heard me. I think the devs put that there to give us a clue. You know Superman, the alien whose planet was destroyed and got sent to earth? This guy:
Well, I think that Karpak was like superman’s planet, and got attacked. By who? Well none other than Gaia herself! I know, its surprising. But I think that Karpak was the original home of the Fen Stalkers, and their ruler was not a single soul other than Varyn himself! I know that Nexus is the “Home of Varyn”, but I think that was actually a second haven after what happened. I think Gaia, a person in control of the elements, combined Earth and Wind into a corruptive essence and infected Karpak. That’s the teal we see, the essence slowly corrupting the planet. That is why the Fen Stalkers had to leave, along with Varyn, to nexus. That is where Varyn discovered the void element and used it to avenge his people!
You heard me right, Varyn is the good guy, Varyn is superman!
That got me thinking, well if the developers are DC fans, maybe they left even more important clues. And they did. Remember when I said Earth was a “D” and Wind was a “C”, well, every single elemental rune is actually a letter! No really, look!
Lightning is “Z”, Watter is “LL”, Fire “b”, and Void is “e”! If you put it all together you get:
“DC BELLZ”
Well… DC bells… Dead end? NO. It hit me. All along, they’ve known one thing, The release date! What do bells have to do with DC? Do you recall when the song “Jingle bells, Batman smells” got popular like 5 years ago? Well, regardless, that is the connection! Jingle bells came out in 2011, and DC was founded on June 25th of 1934… and 1934 minus 25 is 1909… 2011 + 09 is 2020, and plus 1 since it was a whole century behind… You get the release date to be…
2021!
I can’t believe it guys! They’ve been holding it back from us all this time, but now we finally know! The release will be in 2021! I’m so hyped, that I condensed this all into a quick video to be easily shared, you should check it out:
