1. You Are NOT Permitted To:
- CLAIM any artwork created by me as your own.
- REDISTRIBUTE or RESELL any art created by me.
- This includes SKETCHES/PREVIEWS/FINISHED PRODUCTS/etc.
2. You Will Be REFUNDED If:
- You cancel your order BEFORE I have started on the finished product.
- Also, I am able to cancel your order at ANY POINT during the process.
3. You Will NOT Be Refunded If:
- I have BEGUN the linework/inking process of your order.
- Hence, your order has been COMPLETED.

- I Reserve The Right To DECLINE Your Order.
- Payment must be made via Paypal Invoice System (further information will be provided in conversation with the client)!
- 50% of the payment must be made before I start working on the artwork (sketch) & the other 50% of the payment must be made after the desired sketch is DONE and AGREED UPON
- I reserve the right to refuse altering/editing an image
if I see the request as UNREASONABLE and, or AFTER THE ORDER IS DONE!!!
- Messages between myself and clients MAY/CAN be
recorded.
-I reserve the right to open a DISPUTE with Paypal/HytaleHub when/if necessary.
By commissioning me, you agree with these terms.
