They already shared in the trailer that Skywars is already in the game, the only thing we don't know is if it's in the game by default or that it is on a server. Only time will tell

I think they'll create an official server with the minigames you already see on Hypixel.

There are 3 parts of the game seen in the UI, Adventure mode which is the basic CO-OP experience, Minigames which is basically hypixel studios their own 'server' and they intend to use a minigame rotation according to the devs on twitter. And you got the community servers
I think skywars was such a big part of hypixel and minecraft servers in general that it has to be there at launch and deserves its place.

I don't play Hypixel that often but when I do I never have any issues with hackers. Hypixel is so big that it's almost impossible to ban all hackers but they do try their best to give everyone a great experience without hackers.

Actually, considering what we know so far about the game mechanics I belive it would be a fun minigame to be included in official or unofficial serevrs, just think of the gameplay this game has to offer, the magic the explosions and stuff(plus ranged weapons not being limited to a bow) and the extensive scripting would make SW really fun. But we can only wait and see
