Application Denied/Accepted

As other forums do, you guys should reply to staff applications and write if they were accepted or denied. If denied write a short explanation why and guide them on when they can apply next.

What I did with my servers was something like the following:

ACCEPTED
Welcome to the Staff team message *blah blah* for more details!
-----
DENIED
Sorry you didn't make it onto the staff team, but don't worry you can re-apply!
Below are some suggestions to improve your staff application:
- Please expand on why you want to become a staff member.
- You have many spelling mistakes in your staff application, please correct them!
-----

This is something that I recommend the people that decide who gets to join the staff team do on all applications.

I hope my opinion added to this thread in a postive way.

We're now accepting/denying all applications, we should have all denied/accepted within a few days.
