It will require actual Hytale to launch. If I made something that didn't require Hytale, it wouldn't be related to Hytale.

The game will be a hytale world and mod. It looks like modding will be much easier here than in Minecraft.

Can you define standalone? I am pretty sure this game would require Hytale to run, and the only thing to sell would be the world and mod, whereas standalone usually doesn't require a launcher.

Something sorta more like Elderscrolls or Fable or Zelda. Openworld, not turn based.

So I would like to start on a Movie as soon as I get the Hytale Beta. It will be a sort of a parody of Lord of the Rings, but more on Hytale. Like a Hytale Movie. Where would I go to get cast and film crew and the server to film this on?

@Dev I would like 64 so that I can do game development for stuff like XBOX One or PS4/PS5 and Android and PC. 32 is twice of what my laptop has now, but 64 will allow me to use stuff like Unity and Blender or other 3D Modelling software smooth and easy. If I really wanted to and had the money...
